Securikey SafeGuard Underfloor Safe – Key Lock
The Securikey SafeGuard Underfloor Safe provides discreet, high-security storage for cash, jewellery, important documents and other valuables, concealed securely beneath floor level.
Designed to be permanently installed within a concrete floor, the SafeGuard combines a robust steel safe body with a removable high-security key-locking door. Once correctly installed, the safe is hidden from normal view while the surrounding concrete provides substantial additional physical protection against attack and unauthorised removal.
SafeFort offers the SafeGuard as a complete safe comprising both body and key-locking door, available in Size 2 and Size 3 configurations.
Discreet Underfloor Security
An underfloor safe provides a different approach to conventional freestanding security.
Installed below floor level and concealed beneath suitable flooring or furnishings, the SafeGuard can remain completely out of sight during normal use.
Its permanent installation within concrete also makes removal of the complete safe extremely difficult, providing substantial physical protection for the contents.
High-Security Key Locking
SafeFort's SafeGuard models are supplied with a high-security key-locking door, providing straightforward and dependable access without batteries, electronic codes or external power.
The removable door construction provides convenient access to the safe interior while allowing the locking mechanism to remain protected within the installation.
Heavy-Duty Construction
The SafeGuard has been designed specifically for permanent installation into a suitable concrete floor.
Security features include:
- Heavy-duty steel safe body
- High-security removable door
- Key-operated locking mechanism
- Robust locking boltwork
- Anti-drill protection around critical locking components
- Underfloor installation for discreet security
- Permanent installation within concrete
- Resistant to unauthorised removal when correctly installed
Complete Safe – Body & Door Included
Securikey offers SafeGuard components in a number of configurations, but the models supplied by SafeFort are complete units.
Each SafeFort SafeGuard therefore includes:
- Underfloor safe body
- High-security key-locking door
This provides everything required for the principal safe installation without customers having to select the body and door separately.
Two Sizes Available
SafeFort offers the SafeGuard in two practical sizes:
SafeGuard Size 2 – SUSG-2
A compact underfloor safe providing discreet storage for cash, jewellery, watches and smaller valuables.
SafeGuard Size 3 – SUSG-3
A larger-capacity version providing additional internal storage while retaining the same discreet underfloor installation concept.
Professional Installation Recommended
Underfloor safes require careful installation to achieve their intended level of security.
The safe body should be securely embedded within an appropriate concrete floor, with consideration given to the surrounding structure, floor construction, access and final floor covering.
For this reason, professional installation is strongly recommended.
Customers should also establish that the intended location is free from underfloor heating, pipework, electrical services and other obstructions before installation begins.
Ideal Applications
The Securikey SafeGuard Underfloor Safe is particularly suitable where discreet security is a priority.
Typical applications include the protection of:
- Cash
- Jewellery
- Luxury watches
- Important documents
- Small valuable possessions
- Business valuables
Its concealed location and permanent installation make the SafeGuard an excellent alternative to a conventional freestanding safe where customers want their security solution to remain out of sight.
Please note: This listing is for the standard Securikey SafeGuard. The higher-security Securikey SafeGuard Plus is available separately and should not be confused with this product.
