The Securikey Fire Stor combines independently certified burglary protection with light fire-resistant construction, providing secure, high-capacity storage for important documents, business records, cash and valuables.

Independently tested and certified to EN 14450 S1, the Fire Stor carries a recommended £2,000 overnight cash rating and £20,000 valuables rating, subject to correct installation and individual insurer approval.

Its double-wall construction incorporates fire-resistant infill to DIN 4102, providing an additional level of protection for documents against heat and fire.

Available in five capacities from 137 to an impressive 786 litres, the Fire Stor is particularly well suited to offices, professional practices and commercial environments requiring substantially more secure storage space than a conventional safe.

EN 14450 S1 Certified Security

The Fire Stor has been independently tested and certified to EN 14450 S1 by the VdS test house.

This provides a recognised level of burglary resistance suitable for applications requiring secure storage of cash, valuables and sensitive documents.

Recommended Cash Rating: £2,000

Recommended Valuables Rating: £20,000

Insurance ratings can vary according to location, risk, installation and insurer requirements. Customers should confirm the appropriate level of cover with their insurer where the rating is important.

Light Fire Protection

In addition to its burglary protection, the Fire Stor features double-wall construction with fire-resistant infill to DIN 4102.

This provides an additional protective barrier against heat and fire, making the cabinet particularly suitable for storing important paper documents and business records.

Please note: The Fire Stor provides light fire protection and should not be confused with a safe independently certified to provide a specified 30, 60, 90 or 120-minute fire resistance period.

Locking Options

The Securikey Fire Stor is available from SafeFort with a choice of high-security key locking or Wittkopp Primor 2600 electronic locking.

High-Security Key Lock

The standard key-lock version features a CEN/VdS-approved double-bitted security lock and is supplied with two keys.

This provides straightforward, dependable mechanical security and requires no batteries or electrical supply.

Wittkopp Primor 2600 Electronic Lock

For convenient keyless access, the Fire Stor is also available with the Wittkopp Primor 2600 electronic combination lock.

The Primor 2600 is a professional safe-locking system designed for secure electronic access and provides a particularly attractive option for commercial environments where managing physical safe keys is undesirable.

Both locking options operate the Fire Stor's heavy-duty locking mechanism.

A full-height dog bar protects the hinge side of the cabinet, providing additional resistance against forced attack.

Secure Floor Fixing

Correct installation is important both for security and to support the cabinet's recommended insurance rating.

Fire Stor cabinets incorporate fixing points in the base and are designed to be securely anchored to a suitable concrete floor in accordance with Securikey's installation instructions.

Due to their size and weight, particularly the larger 1020 and 1024 models, customers should also consider access to the final installation location before ordering.

Professional delivery and installation may be appropriate for larger models.
