Grade 1 Certified | £10,000 Cash / £100,000 Valuables | 30-Minute Fire Protection
The Phoenix Neptune HS1050 Series provides independently certified high-security protection for cash, jewellery and other valuable possessions, combined with certified fire protection for important documents.
Independently tested and ECB-S certified to EN 1143-1 Grade I, the Neptune carries a recommended £10,000 cash / £100,000 valuables rating, making it an excellent choice for higher-value residential and commercial applications.
The range also provides 30 minutes of certified fire protection for paper documents to EN 15659 LFS 30P, combining substantial burglary resistance and fire protection within a single safe.
Available in five sizes from 24 to 283 litres, with a choice of High-Security Key or Electronic locking.
EN 1143-1 Grade 1 Certified Security
The Phoenix Neptune has been independently tested and certified to:
EN 1143-1 Grade I by ECB-S
This recognised European burglary-resistance standard supports Phoenix's recommended:
£10,000 Cash Rating
or
£100,000 Valuables Rating
The Neptune is therefore particularly well suited to protecting higher-value possessions including jewellery, watches, cash, important documents, collectables and other valuable personal or business assets.
AiS Approved & Police Preferred
The Neptune carries additional independent security recognition, including AiS approval and Secured by Design / Police Preferred Specification.
Combined with its ECB-S Grade 1 certification, these approvals make the Neptune particularly attractive where recognised security standards and potential insurance acceptance are important considerations.
30-Minute Certified Fire Protection
Security is complemented by independently tested fire protection.
The Neptune is tested to:
EN 15659 LFS 30P
providing 30 minutes of fire protection for paper documents.
This allows important paperwork such as contracts, certificates, property records and other essential documents to be stored alongside cash and valuables.
Key or Electronic Locking
The Neptune is available with a choice of two high-security locking systems.
High-Security Key Lock
Key Locking models feature a VdS Class I high-security double-bitted key lock, providing reliable mechanical access without requiring batteries or electronic programming.
High-Security Electronic Lock
Electronic models feature a VdS Class II high-security electronic lock, offering advanced access-control functionality including:
- Master Code
- Dual Control
- Time Delay
The Electronic option is particularly suitable for businesses or households where greater control over authorised access is required.
High-Security Construction
The Neptune incorporates substantial multi-layer construction designed to resist determined physical attack.
Security features include:
- 3-way locking
- Heavy-duty 24mm diameter locking bolts
- Double-wall construction
- Specially formulated concrete infill
- Anti-drill protection
- Internal relocker protection
Together with its high-security locking system, this substantial construction provides the physical protection required for its Grade 1 certification.
Five Practical Sizes
The Neptune is available in five sizes, ranging from a compact high-security home safe to a substantial commercial security cabinet.
Adjustable Internal Storage
Each Neptune is supplied with adjustable shelving, allowing the available space to be organised around different contents.
The larger models are particularly suitable for document storage, with the HS1055 capable of accommodating up to 21 lever arch files, depending on the shelving configuration and filing format used.
This makes the Neptune equally suitable for protecting valuable possessions in the home or confidential documentation and assets within a commercial environment.
Secure Structural Fixing
Correct anchoring is essential for a high-security graded safe.
The Neptune is prepared for secure structural fixing, with appropriate fixing bolts supplied by Phoenix.
Due to the substantial weights involved — ranging from approximately 97kg to 452kg — professional delivery and installation should be considered, particularly for the larger models.
SafeFort professional delivery and installation options are available to ensure the safe is correctly positioned and securely anchored.
Graphite Grey Finish
The Neptune is finished in a high-quality, scratch-resistant Graphite Grey RAL 7024.
The understated finish gives the safe a professional appearance suitable for both residential and commercial environments.
SafeFort Recommendation
The Phoenix Neptune HS1050 is an excellent choice for customers requiring a substantial step up in security for higher-value possessions.
Its EN 1143-1 Grade 1 certification and recommended £10,000 cash / £100,000 valuables rating make it particularly suitable for protecting valuable jewellery and watch collections, cash and other high-value possessions.
The addition of EN 15659 LFS 30P certified fire protection is another important advantage, providing 30 minutes of protection for important paper documents stored alongside valuables.
For residential customers, the smaller HS1051 and HS1052 provide serious Grade 1 security without requiring the space of a large commercial safe, while the HS1053, HS1054 and HS1055 provide progressively greater capacity for larger collections or business use.
Compared with the Phoenix Venus HS0670, the Neptune provides the next step in independently certified security — moving from Grade 0 and £60,000 valuables protection to Grade 1 and £100,000 valuables, while also adding certified 30-minute paper fire protection.
For customers seeking a combination of Grade 1 security, insurer-recognised credentials and certified fire protection, the Phoenix Neptune HS1050 is one of SafeFort's recommended high-security safe ranges.
