The Phoenix Lacerta is designed to meet British Standard BS 7558/92 for gun cabinets and is specified by Phoenix as 100% Police Approved.

Its robust construction features a galvanised steel body and door, providing a durable protective enclosure for securely stored firearms.

Unlike the higher-security Tucana and Rigel ranges, the Lacerta is designed primarily as a dedicated firearms cabinet rather than an independently certified security safe, making it an excellent entry point into the Phoenix gun-safe collection.

Twin High-Security Key Locks

Every Lacerta is secured by two high-security 7-lever key locks, providing simple and reliable mechanical security without batteries or electronic components.

Protective Interior

Inside the cabinet, a high-density foam gun divider helps keep individual firearms securely positioned and separated.

A protective floor mat provides a softer surface beneath stored firearms, helping to reduce unnecessary contact between stocks and the steel cabinet.

Secure Floor or Wall Fixing

Correct installation is an essential part of firearms security.

All three Lacerta models are prepared for secure fixing to either the floor or wall, with fixing bolts supplied, allowing the cabinet to be securely anchored to an appropriate structural surface.

The exterior is finished in a durable Metallic Graphite paint, providing a smart and understated appearance suitable for installation within the home or another appropriate secure location.
