Concealed Underfloor Installation

One of the principal advantages of an underfloor safe is concealment.

Rather than positioning the safe visibly within a room or cupboard, the Sotto is designed to be installed below floor level and set into concrete.

Once installed, the safe can be hidden beneath suitable flooring, furniture or a rug, providing an additional layer of security by keeping its location discreet.

Unique Adjustable Depth

10mm Steel Security Door

Access to the secure compartment is protected by a substantial 10mm thick laser-cut steel door.

The door is secured using three-way locking, incorporating 20mm diameter locking bolts to provide resistance against physical attack.

A gas spring assists with opening and closing the heavy steel door, making everyday access considerably easier once the safe has been installed below floor level.

High-Security Key Locking

The Sotto is supplied with a high-security double-bitted key lock, with two keys provided.

The straightforward mechanical locking system requires no batteries, electronic programming or external power supply, making it particularly appropriate for a concealed safe that may only be accessed occasionally.
